How much is delivery?

For UK customers:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery (2-3 working days): £2.00

DHL next working day delivery (order before 2pm): £8.66

We also offer FREE UK DELIVERY for orders over £100

For International customers:

Delivery costs may vary. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

We also offer FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY for orders over £200

Will I be charged a customs & duties fee?

Not if the order is staying in the UK. However, if it is being shipped outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs and duties. This is because we work on a ‘delivered duty unpaid’ (DDU) basis. Please provide customs with any necessary information to make sure the goods are cleared.

When will my order arrive? 

If you’re anything like us, you’ll want to wear your jewellery ASAP. If your order is being shipped to somewhere in the UK you can choose between Next Day delivery or 2nd Class delivery, which will take 2 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Do you need a signature for delivery?

We want to make sure your jewellery arrives safe and sound, so we reserve the right to ask for a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can send our jewellery to customers all over the world. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked delivery, and please note that costs will vary depending on the destination.

Do you do gift wrapping?

We do! Our gift wrapping is the perfect finishing touch. For £5 add gift wrapping when you add to cart and your order will arrive in our signature box, wrapped in recycled paper in Civerso green topped with a ribbon and finished with a personalised hand-written note.  

What is your minimal packaging option?

If you’re ordering more than one item, you can help us be more sustainable by choosing the ‘minimal packaging’ option at checkout. We’ll then package your jewellery in one beautiful box, cutting down the amount of waste we produce.

Do you have any tips on how to care for my jewellery?

Our jewellery is made to last but, just like us, it needs a bit of TLC too.   

We recommend keeping your jewellery away from harsh chemicals and water, as this can tarnish the plating. So, if possible, take it off before jumping in the shower, spritzing your perfume, or going to bed.

Each order comes with a care guide as a little reminder. 

How can I find out my ring size?

Each of our rings is listed with a size guide. Follow the instructions and you’ll be able to find the perfect fit. 

How do I return or exchange my order? 

Jewellery is personal, so we get it, you might not always love your order. Return it to us within 14 days, unworn and unused, and we’ll give you a full refund. 

Would you like to switch your item(s) to something else? We’re happy to exchange it for jewellery of the same value or less. To do this, you must return the original item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, and they must be unworn and unused.

Please note – for hygiene reasons we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for earrings unless they were faulty upon arrival.

We are not liable for returns if the jewellery is stained/corroded by make up or perfume or scratched or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned to us in an un-resaleable condition.

Where is the jewellery made?

We’re proud to work with some of the very best craftsmen in England and Thailand. We work extremely closely with the factories to ensure our workers are treated fairly and paid a good wage.

What are lab grown diamonds?

Our diamonds are lab grown which ensures they are conflict free and have a reduced environmental impact. They are still real diamonds with the exact same chemical properties and clarity as mined diamonds – don’t worry you still get the same sparkle!

Are the gemstones ethical?

All of our coloured gemstones are natural, ethical and conflict-free, sourced from a certified supplier.

What is vermeil?

Vermeil is not like regular gold plating, instead it is a much thicker layer of gold to help give your jewellery that much more durability. We use 2.5 microns of gold for our vermeil, as required by the Federal Trade Commission to classify vermeil,  layered over sterling silver.

How long does vermeil last?

It depends on the wearer but the nature of plated jewellery means it will wear over time. To make the plating last we recommend always taking it off when exercising, showering and particularly swimming. 

Where are our recycled metals from?

Our recycled metals are a combination of old jewellery that is melted down to be reused and left over scraps from the factory. We are hoping to make all of our continuity products out of recycled metals in the near future, watch this space.

Can I find out if you’re doing a re-stock of a particular item?

We produce our jewellery in exclusive, limited runs so it’s not always possible to do a restock. However, when we can, we’ll notify you if an item comes back into stock. Add your email to the waitlist on the product page and you’ll be the first to hear!
