Customs and Duties

Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Pre-Orders

All items within an order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available. Any in-stock items included in a pre-order purchase will be reserved and secured until the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment. If customers prefer their in-stock items to be shipped separately, they must place a separate order for those items. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and subject to change. We will communicate any updates regarding the availability and shipping of pre-ordered items. Payment for pre-orders will be processed at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment. In the event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
